clean room kind staff
the room was spacious and clean. the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay , assisting with all my requests.
the location was not perfectly central , requiring a bit of walking to reach some attractions.

The hotel staff were nice. They could store my luggage without any problems. Breakfast had a nice selection. The facilities was good to me.
The room was not super clean. I found an used Q-tip on the side. The hotel didn't clean the Q-tip until the end of my four night stay. I also found some nails in a drawer.

great location and comfy stay
comfy linens large bathroom free drinks good location
the room size was good. it was well equipped and very clean. the beds had comfy crisp linens. the bathroom was very large. the lobby had breakfast available and free non-alcoholic drinks all day.
The aircon was way too weak. The hotel ventilation system blew hot air into the room. we had to seal it with staff help. it was not enough. We had to switch rooms.

the hotel is near the Karasuma Oike station, just three stops from the main station. i could easily visit Nijo-jo castle and the imperial palace. good bus links made it easy to get around.

My room was very clean with a good size, offering ample space. the bathroom was large and well appointed. i especially appreciated the comfy beds and crisp linens. Those were amazing, all around.
